Suffolk Warm Homes

Living in a cold or damp home can seriously affect your health, particularly for children, older people, and those with long-term medical conditions. Cold homes are linked to heart and breathing problems, poor mental health, and increased risk of falls.

Warm Homes Suffolk offers free energy-efficiency grants to help eligible households make their homes warmer, healthier, and cheaper to run. Support may include insulation, solar panels, heat pumps, or energy-efficient heating systems (not boiler repairs or replacements).

You may be eligible if you live in Suffolk, your home has a low energy efficiency rating (EPC D–G), and you meet income, postcode, benefit, or health-related criteria. Homeowners and private tenants can apply.

A home energy survey is arranged, and eligible applicants receive full information about the grant and installation process. You can check your eligibility by accessing the link below.
