The Practice will be vaccinating:
- Individuals aged 75 years and over. This includes those who will turn 75 by June 2025.
- Residents in care homes for older adults.
- Individuals aged 18 years and over with a severely weakened immune system. This includes conditions such as immunosuppression due to disease or treatment.
Vaccinations will take place from April to June 2025.
We ask you to wait to be contacted by Dr. Castle and Partners at the Sole Bay Health Centre directly before calling reception on 01502 722326 to book your vaccination.
For patients who are housebound, home visits for vaccination will be completed towards the end of April.
