As part of our commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of our patients, we may contact some patients by SMS text message or email to offer information about local weight management support services.
We are identifying patients who have previously had a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or above, or 27.5 or above for people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds, as these groups may be eligible for support through Feel Good Suffolk.
