Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) closure
The NHS Norfolk and Waveney Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service is closing.
Your GP practice will be taking over responsibility for your repeat prescriptions. After 30 June 2024 you will not be able to order repeat prescriptions using the POD service.
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:
On the NHS app by logging into your NHS account at:

Online via the GP practice website:

By post, dropping in a repeat slip or written request at your GP practice
As per national guidance we will NOT be taking repeat prescription orders over the telephone.
House bound and dispensing patient are advised to sign up to online services if possible but the practice will continue to accept telephone calls from these patients.
