Evening and weekend appointments – South Waveney Primary Care Network (SWAN PCN)
Can’t make daytime appointments?
Patients at our practice are able to book evening and weekend appointments.
GP practices in the SWAN PCN work together to provide these extra appointments, increasing convenience for local patients and reducing pressures on other NHS services such as A&E. Patients can book an appointment with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional.
Services available include GP appointments, blood tests, medication reviews, vaccinations, immunisations and cervical smears. More services will be added as we continue to develop.
To book an appointment contact reception on 01502 722 326. All appointments must be pre-booked as this is not a walk-in service.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
